Kaitlyn Fisher is legitimate 2024 C/MI prospect from Nebraska. Kaitlyn is very athletic with sub-2.8 speed to 1st base. She has a cannon for an arm (60 mph OH) and tosses a consistent 1.77 pop. Quick to her feet with exceptional reflexes. Kaitlyn’s blocking ability is extraordinary, totaling only 15 passed balls in 144 innings behind the dish. She has very good technique and will be a force as she continues to develop. Kaitlyn generally hits in the 1-2 hole and is a hard out, maintaining a near .600 OBP with her select team. Great at going opposite field and hitting behind runners when needed. Kaitlyn is great teammate and works very hard. She has all of the intangibles that any coach would want. This kid will compete at a high level and is simply looking for a good home.

MESSAGE FROM KAITLYN
My name is Kaitlyn Fisher, and I am a 2024 graduate of Millard West High School in Omaha, Nebraska, with a 3.8 GPA. I play for the Nebraska Quakes on the 14U Prime Scott club team. I bat and throw right-handed, and I’m primarily a catcher while my secondary position is middle infield. I typically bat leadoff and own a time of 2.8 seconds from home to first base. I don’t hit a lot of home runs, but I hit the ball hard into the gaps and find a way to get on base whether it’s with a hard line drive or a bunt. I stay positive and consistent in the batter’s box with a .542 batting average and I also stay heads up on the bases.
I’m always up for a new challenge on and off the field, helping my friends and teammates out in any way I can. Being part of a team has taught me how important it is to be there for each other and how important it is to help each other out. My teammates are people I love being around people I consider my second family. Whenever I’m not on the field, you can find me lifting weights and running in my basement, taking care of school work, or at the field with my teammates throwing front toss and hitting ground balls to each other.
It’s always been a goal of mine to continue playing softball once I graduate high school, and I plan to keep working hard and getting better to achieve that goal. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to view my profile! If you have any things you think I can work on, I would be happy to learn from you!
